Rachel
Builder · Systems thinker · Yoga therapist
Twenty five years of corporate Technical Program Management at Microsoft, Expedia, and Chase. Certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist with a masters in yoga therapy and Ayurvedic Medicine. Former semi-pro athlete. Dog mom to City. Rachel is the technical and operational core of 3GD. She runs every build, every QA pass, every system integration. If something gets shipped, Rachel shipped it.
Ben
Closer · Connector · Project driver
Corporate project manager and account executive with deep enterprise sales experience. CrossFitter and athlete. Dad to a teenage daughter. Ben is the relationship and revenue engine of 3GD. He runs every discovery call, every pitch, every client conversation. If you are talking to 3GD, you are most likely talking to Ben first.

Why 3rd Grade Digital.
Ben & Rachel met in the third grade. They went to the same elementary school, rode the same school bus, and have known each other for forty plus years.
Most agency partnerships are formed over a beer at a networking event. Most of them dissolve in under three years. Forty plus years of friendship does not happen by accident. It happens because two people consistently show up for each other, weather every life chapter, and learn how to work through anything.
That is the foundation of 3GD. The agency is named for the place it began.
