Proof over
promises.
Real work for real founder-led businesses. The Yearbook is where we keep every project we have shipped and every client we have shown up for.
A small, growing class.
We take a limited number of new clients each quarter so every project gets the attention it deserves. This is the current class. Each one is a different world, proof that the system works across industries, not just one.

The Standard.
Not every project makes the Yearbook. The work we publish is the work we are proud of, for clients who showed up as partners. The Standard is what we measure every potential entry against before it goes on the page.
- Founder-led business where the owner is the brand
- Real partnership through the full project
- Custom design, not a template
- Mobile-first build, every page
- Client signed off on public publication
- Work we would show to the next client without changing a thing
Every Yearbook entry includes this.
The work in the Yearbook is varied by industry, scale, and style. The foundation underneath every single project is the same. These are the things you can count on, every time.
Every project in the Yearbook started with the same conversation, and the same promise. You are not hiring a vendor. You are hiring a partnership.
Common questions, real answers.
Why is the Yearbook so small?
Because we are intentionally small. We take a limited number of new clients each quarter so every project gets both partners, both opinions, and both sets of hands. The Yearbook grows by 1 to 2 projects every quarter, not 10. Quality over volume, every quarter.
Can I see live work, not just case studies?
Yes. Every live project in the Yearbook links to the actual site, not a screenshot or a write-up. Rachel Lee, INC. is live at therachellee.com today. Other projects link out as they launch. Real proof, in production.
Why is Rachel's own site in your Yearbook?
Because it is real 3GD work, full stop. We built therachellee.com using the same process we use for every client. It is also our oldest proof point that we will not ask anyone to do something we have not done ourselves. We disclose it openly so you can judge the work on its merits.
Can I talk to a current client before signing?
Yes, with their permission. Once your Office Hours conversation is far enough along, we are happy to connect you with a current client in your space or stage. We will only do it after asking them first, and only when it makes sense for both sides.
Do you take case studies in industries outside your niche?
Sometimes. Our core niche is founder-led businesses where the owner is the brand. Most of our work lives in health and wellness, trades and home services, athletic and performance, real estate, pet services, and food. We have done work outside these lanes when the founder fit is strong. Ben & Rachel decide together, every time.
What does it take to be in the next Yearbook entry?
Be a founder-led business where the owner is the brand. Be ready to invest in real work, not the cheapest option. Be willing to show up for the Office Hours conversation honestly. If those three things are true, we will tell you in Office Hours whether 3GD is the right partner for what you are building.
Two partners.
One real conversation.
If your project should be the next entry in the Yearbook, here is where the conversation starts. Take the Pop Quiz, then we will talk.
