Commencement.
For the business that has outgrown the brochure site.
You crossed the stage. Build like it.
Commencement is the build most growing businesses actually need. It is the moment you cross the stage, bigger than a starter site, deeper in structure, with real room for the services, locations, and content that earn trust before the first call.
This is where the site stops being a digital business card and starts being a working part of how you get found and chosen. More pages, smarter architecture, and the lead paths that turn a visitor into a conversation. Yours to keep the day we launch.
Everything in a Commencement build.
Everything in Show and Tell
Custom design, mobile first build, SEO foundation, clean contact paths, and full launch and handoff. The foundation is all here.
10 to 20 pages
Room for a proper site. Home, about, multiple services, locations, resources, and the trust building content that does the quiet selling.
On page SEO across every page
Not just a foundation. Real on page optimization across the whole site so each page has a job and a reason to rank.
GoHighLevel CRM integration
Your lead capture wired into GoHighLevel so an inquiry becomes a tracked lead, not a lost email in a crowded inbox.
Blog & content architecture
A real content structure and blog setup so the site scales as you add pages, instead of getting messy by page twelve.
Content strategy session & 3 revisions
A working session to map what each page needs to say, plus three rounds of revisions per design phase. Launch and 30 days of polish included.
Is Commencement right for you?
This is for you if
- You offer multiple services or serve multiple locations
- You have outgrown a five page site
- You want the site to actively bring in leads
- You have real content to organize and show off
Look elsewhere if
- You only need a clean five page presence (see Show and Tell)
- You need member areas, paywalls, or logins (see Open House)
- You are running complex custom integrations (see Open House)
- You want a quick template refresh, not a real build
A deeper build, a clear path.
A typical Commencement runs 8 to 12 weeks. Every timeline depends on how quickly we get your content, feedback, and approvals. We move at the speed of the partnership.
Pop Quiz & The Conversation
We audit your current presence and have a real strategy call about what the growth build needs to do.
Permission Slip & Content Strategy
Deeper onboarding plus a working session to map your services, locations, content, and the goals the site has to hit.
Architecture & Design
We map the page structure first, then design the key templates. Three rounds of revisions per phase. You approve the direction before we build wide.
Build & Integrate
We build the full page set, service and location pages, on page SEO, the blog, and wire up your GoHighLevel CRM. You review in stages.
Review, Polish & Launch
We test every page on every screen, tighten the details, Launch, hand you the keys with a full walkthrough, and stay on 30 days.
Most Commencement builds run eight to twelve weeks. With more pages comes more content, so the pace depends heavily on how quickly you get us copy, images, and approvals. We will keep you moving.
The honest answers.
About eight to twelve weeks. That is the agency norm for a ten to twenty page custom build once you count strategy, design, build, and launch. Faster is possible with quick feedback, and we hold the timeline we quote you.
Three rounds of revisions per design phase. A revision is a full feedback round, not a single edit, and the rounds reset at each major stage. Out of scope changes are quoted separately and approved by you in writing first.
Because it fits where most founder led businesses actually are. Past the starter stage, not yet needing paywalls and custom systems. It is the build that does the most work for the most owners.
Yes. The full site, content, domain, and logins are yours the day we launch. Always.
Many Commencement clients move into a monthly Program after launch for ongoing care, content, and strategy. It is optional. The build stands on its own with 30 days of polish included.
