Common questions, real answers.
How long does a Build actually take?
Show and Tell runs 4 to 6 weeks. Commencement runs 8 to 12 weeks. Open House runs 12 to 16 weeks. Timelines are real, and we hold them. Delays usually come from missing content or feedback on your end, and we will tell you when that is happening so we can fix it.
How many revisions do I get?
Show and Tell includes two rounds of revisions per design phase. Commencement includes three rounds per design phase. Open House includes unlimited revisions within the original project scope. A revision is a feedback round, not a single edit, and "per design phase" means the rounds reset at each major stage (mockup, content, build review). Out-of-scope changes are quoted separately and approved in writing before any work happens.
Do you work from templates?
No. Every Build is custom designed for your brand, your voice, and your audience. We may start on Squarespace for ease of editing, and within an hour of being in the editor no one can tell which template it started from. The output is yours, not theirs.
What happens after launch?
Every Build includes 30 days of post-launch polish. Questions, tweaks, bug fixes, and content adjustments are all on us during that window. After that, you can keep your site as is, or move into one of our monthly Programs for ongoing support.
Do you handle ongoing support and updates?
Yes, through our monthly Programs. Hall Pass, Honor Roll, and Valedictorian are our three tiers of ongoing partnership, ranging from light-touch maintenance to full strategic growth support with SEO. We can talk through which fits during Office Hours.
What if my project does not fit your tiers?
Then we make it fit, or we tell you honestly we are not the right partner. Most projects map cleanly to one of the three tiers. The rare project that needs something different is what Dissertation is for, our 12 month senior engagement reserved for four clients per year.
