Dissertation.
If your business needs more than monthly partnership, Dissertation is the deepest level of 3GD collaboration. A full year, fully committed. The completion deliverable is The Diploma, a strategic document that captures every move we made together and why it mattered.

Most agencies sell you a site and call it done. We sell you a partnership. The difference shows up in month three, month twelve, month thirty-six.
Common questions, real answers.
What is the difference between a Build and a Program?
A Build is a one-time project to launch or rebuild your site. A Program is the ongoing monthly partnership for everything that happens after launch. Most clients do a Build, then move into a Program. Some skip the Build and start with a Program if their site is already in good shape.
What do the monthly hours actually cover?
Hours are spent on active work: content updates, design tweaks, SEO writing, technical fixes, ongoing strategy. Monitoring, backups, and infrastructure run automatically and do not count against your hours. If your business needs more hours in a given month, we will tell you before doing the work and quote the overage. Unused hours do not roll over to the next month, that is industry standard.
Can I start a Program without doing a Build first?
Yes. If your existing site is in reasonable shape, we can take it over and run a Program from day one. We will do a Pop Quiz first to see what we are walking into, and Office Hours to talk through what makes sense.
How do I upgrade or downgrade between tiers?
Anytime, with 30 days notice. Most clients start in Hall Pass and move up to Honor Roll once they see what we can do. Some start in Valedictorian for the first 90 days and step down to Honor Roll once the heavy lifting is done. Your Program adapts to where you are.
What if I want to cancel my Program?
30 days notice, no questions asked. No cancellation fees, no contracts that auto-renew with hidden terms. We do not want a client who does not want to be there. Your last month is run with the same care as the first.
What is Office Hours, really?
A recurring strategy call with both partners, on your calendar every month for Honor Roll, twice a month for Valedictorian. Not a status update, not a sales pitch. A real conversation about what is working, what to fix, and what to do next. We come prepared with data, you come prepared with questions.
Can I add Field Day services to my Program?
Absolutely. Any Field Day service can be added to any Program at the same a la carte rate. Honor Roll and Valedictorian clients also get access to the Recess Add-on at $500 per month, which is not available standalone.
When does Dissertation make sense?
If your business has compound growth potential and needs a full year of strategic partnership, not just maintenance. Dissertation is reserved for four founders per year and requires an application. Most of our clients do not need it. The ones who do, know.
