How is this different from a Program?
A Program is ongoing monthly partnership for the work after launch. Dissertation is a full year transformation of the owner and the business together, built on The Syllabus. It includes the top level of digital execution, and it goes far deeper than any retainer, into the patterns and systems running underneath the work.
Why only four clients a year?
Because the work is deep and both partners are in it directly. Four is the number we can run at full depth without diluting any single engagement. It is a real cap, not a marketing line. When the four spots are filled, the cohort is closed.
What is The Syllabus, really?
It is the framework at the center of Dissertation, seven Pulses worked in sequence across four quarters. Each Pulse is a zone where stress builds and performance breaks down. The sequence is rooted in how the nervous system actually settles, which is why it produces a different result for every owner while running the same architecture.
What are the Entrance and Final Exams?
The same full seven Pulse assessment, taken at the start and again at the end. The Entrance Exam sets your baseline. The Final Exam measures how far you moved. Together they turn a year of work into something you can actually see, not just feel.
Can a Build be included?
Yes. A Dissertation can absolutely include a full website Build inside the year when the business needs one. It is folded into the engagement rather than billed as a separate project, and it is timed to the quarter where it does the most good.
How do I get in?
By application and a real conversation. Dissertation is not something you add to a cart.
