What counts against my 4 hours?
Active work counts: content updates, design tweaks, small fixes, new pages. Monitoring, backups, and security run automatically and never touch your hours. If a month needs more than four hours, we tell you before doing the work and quote it. Unused hours do not roll over, which is industry standard.
Is SEO included in Hall Pass?
No. Hall Pass is maintenance only. If you want on-page SEO, keyword tracking, and reporting, that starts at Honor Roll. You can also add SEO as a standalone Field Day service at any time.
Can I move up later?
Anytime, with thirty days notice. Most clients start in Hall Pass and move to Honor Roll once they see what we can do. Your Program adapts to where the business actually is.
