This is a fixed fee for the scope defined in your Statement of Work. Two tracks are available, here is exactly how each one works.

Standard, no interest

• 50% deposit due at signing. This is non-refundable.
• 50% balance due at completion, before the site goes live.
• No interest. This is the option we recommend first.

Payment Plan, 11% interest

• 25% deposit due at signing. This is non-refundable.
• 25% due at the midpoint. How many weeks after signing depends on the tier, on written mockup approval, whichever comes first.
• The remaining 50% splits evenly across monthly installments, up to the maximum shown for your tier. The full 11% interest is calculated once on that remaining balance, then spread evenly across your installments, not added fresh to each one.
• Open House and Dissertation tier payment plans require a signed Promissory Note in addition to the Payment Plan Addendum before work begins.

Applies to both tracks

• A 7-day grace period applies to every scheduled payment before late fee policy takes effect.
• Invoices are payable by credit or debit card.
• Standard card processing fees are added to each payment, the same way most service businesses handle card transactions.
• Work outside the defined scope is handled through a Change Order, never folded into the original number.
