Step 01 · Pop Quiz
A free audit of your digital presence.
No obligation, no sales pitch. We review your website, social, and Google Business profile, and tell you exactly what we see. Most prospects get something useful back even if they never hire us. Takes about 20 minutes on our end, delivered to you within 48 hours.
Step 02 · Office Hours
Thirty minutes with Ben.
A real conversation about your business, your goals, and your budget. No deck, no pressure, no awkward closing techniques. Ben asks questions. You answer the ones you want to. We figure out together if we are a fit.
Step 03 · Proposal
Scope and price in writing, in 48 hours.
After Office Hours, Rachel builds your proposal. Exact deliverables, exact price, exact timeline. No vague "starting at" language. No surprise line items. You either say yes, say no, or come back with questions.
Step 04 · Permission Slip
Sign the SOW, deposit clears.
Statement of Work signed electronically. Fifty percent deposit clears via Stripe. You fill out the Permission Slip questionnaire so we have everything we need before kickoff. Work does not begin until all three are in.
Step 05 · Build
Rachel builds. You review.
Rachel runs the build with full project management discipline from her TPM background. Two rounds of revisions are included. You see progress at clear milestones, not weekly status updates that say nothing. Ben stays in the loop as your primary contact.
Step 06 · Class Dismissed
Site goes live.
Final payment clears. Site launches. Your project goes into the Yearbook with your permission. You get a 60 to 90 day support window for any small issues. From here, we either part as friends or you move into a monthly Program with us.
